Someone named NYC*Scottie has reached 49123 LP, and I think that he was at least 20k LP lower yesterday.
I know this because dr.demko was 1st in NY state, and I was 2nd, and the player below me was at least 10k LP below me.

Is this guy cheating? Are there any repercussions for him?

The only other thing I can think of is that he changed his location from one state to another, because I was only really looking at the NY ladder, not USA.

If he plays all the day with many players, he can make this.

Gotta admit , I was curious about this myself . Sorta came out of nowhere to get to first . So , I have to agree with Flaxig .

ive simply changed my location to usa, no cheating

or maybe the boosters boosted him everything is possible

He gained it by coming first mostly against good ppl who would of ever thought thats how you could do it?
i know im a smartass but doesnt seem hard too figure out lol -_- though seen him race before and he is quick.
