Triggers Usage in Editor

I have noticed that when placing Trigger Blocks (TB) in editor, i have to place the TB one Tile Lower in order for it to take effect. In other words, The car has to drive on top of the TB to Trigger it instead of Driving Through the TB to Trigger it.

Bug??

In TMU Car had to drive Through the TB to activate it. If Bug, can this please be fixed in an update soon?

Thanx.

PS. Where are the Conditions for a TB?

If they changed that, it would break every track. ;)

So, am i to understand that the trigger is supposed to be under the car and the car triggers it as it drives over it?

This would be completely different than in TMU if so. (In TMU car drives thru Trigger Block).

Am i to understand that this is a bug?

Am i to understand that this will never be updated?

What about the conditions for the Trigger Block? I see none.

Will there ever be any conditions for the Trigger Block?

Such as,

Trigger if:

Speed is greater than or less than ....user defined
Another trigger block is triggered
Time is less than or greater than ....user defined

etc......

Which editor are you using? I've been placing triggers so that the car drives through them (not over them) and they work just fine. I've also set conditions for triggers, such as if the speed is <-10 to initiate a GPS, which works when the driver backs up at the start.

i wonder about that to but it seems that the trgger are to high placed
and the condition is on left side.

I think what's happening is that 1-the trigger is activated by the bottom of the car, and 2- the top of a concrete block is just below the bottom of the space above, so the bottom of the car can go under the trigger. (I haven't had this happen, maybe it's system-specific like with a 32-bit version?)

What I mean is, compare the arena to road/GP and other blocks, where the bottom of the car is not near the edge of the trigger space (you can't drive "on top of" the trigger on GP blocks, you are driving through it.)

Since you can use multiple triggers to activate a clip, on concrete blocks I put the trigger both "in" and "above" the block to make sure the car will enter the trigger area.

easy solution: just resize the trigger not move it and it still work on old tracks ^^
while iam at it, the triggers when marking in copy/paste is very hard to see maybe you can do those a little sharper ?
