I was thinking of something like a trackgenerator the other day.

Wouldn't that be really cool? You'd be on the menu, restless, and then you'd be like "Nah, let's do a random track".

And then, you would click on a button, and then all of a sudden, you'd race a map that you have never played before.

Now, these maps wouldn't be saved, so you cannot use them in track contests! (Sorry, trackbuilding n00bs )

Maybe this would work for QM and SM too

You can just go on tmx and download any map. Then you have the same, but with better quality (most times )
Otherwise tmx may would be used less...

But TMX has better tracks, indeed. So it wouldn't be used less.

It would definitely useless, because the aim of the game is to provide the possibility to be creative to the user, instead of creating random tracks.

I think, it would also be too difficult to realize a trackgenerator which could create good maps.

An terrain generator would be possible, but is it the programming work worth? I dont think so

There is a difference between liking and liking.
Most will like it, but most don't like it.

People don't want to wait another month longer for a pretty complex feature we don't even are going to use (as we want to make our own maps..).

Added "xD" to my post to tell that i wasn't that serious.
