I think that a demo for ShootMania: Storm is necessary. All us Trackmaniacs knew what Canyon was, so no need for a demo. But Storm is very different, and I wouldn't waste 20 € for a game that isn't like expected. I need to try it and then, if I like, to buy it, like many other things (e.g.: I want a computer, first I want to try it. I want a girlfriend, first I want to "try" she ).
OK, Nadeo can release thousand of ingame videos and pictures, but you can understand if the game is good only when you play it by your hands . So a demo, or maybe a trial (there are games that you can try fully for 60 minutes), is a good thing.

What do you think?

Why is there a "no" option ?

I don't think Nadeo will make a demo of Storm. It's only multiplayer, no solo because SM doesn't have an AI.

Maybe an open beta I hope.

Look at AVP 2010.
There was a multiplayer demo. I think it is possible to make a demo if they want. A trial will be good too.

A demo version is never a bad idea. It is an excellent form of advertising.

There have been MP demos of Battlefield series, CoD series, Halo series, Trackmania Sunrise, World in Conflict, Command and Conquer...the list goes on MP demos aren't out of the question.

Nah, i don't think you need a demo ...
It's only 20€, like don't drink on one party and there you have it.
