Problem purchasing the game

Ok, my friend is having problem registering here on the forum so I will copy his message :
So basicly, every time he tries to purchase a game through Trackmania page, his payment gets refused. Any solution ?Someone knows what making problem of refusing payment. i using VISA internet card, from Serbia, and always get this message
''Payment Refused You might not have entered your payment details correctly, or you might have been blocked by our security system.
If you are sure you have typed the right information, please consult our FAQ or contact our customer support.''
