I don't understand your questions. If I did maybe I could help because I play a lot of hotseat (at least in TMUF, in TM2 right now I have a crippling bug which I've reported and will hopefully be fixed in the next update -- but hotseat hasn't changed very much in TM2).
What do you mean by "starting every track different"? Do you mean "can you have the different hotseat modes (time attack and tries) on different tracks in the same match?" (The answer to that is "no" by the way). Are you talking about having the players take their turns in a different order for each map? (The answer to that is "no" too -- but it could be a good idea). Otherwise I don't understand what your question is.
And, what do you mean by Addons? If you mean a maniascript, then you should probably ask about this separately, in the maniascript section.
It sounds like your first language isn't English. There are a whole bunch of forums in different languages here, each with the same sections as the English one and each with an entire community of players who speak that language. If you can find your native language on here it would likely be easier for you to ask there -- the forum is made this way so that people like you who don't speak the language of the forum don't
need to ask their questions in a language they don't understand.
