KEY registration failed.The game KEY is not activated. WHY??

Hello,
My friend RaverX ( blaga_eugen@yahoo.com) paid for TWO accounts ( as a gift ) as we are friends. He can confirm that in any moment. The 2 accounts are - mine ( zzzy2kzzz@gmail.com) and another friend ( thefutureismine@ymail.com )

After a couple of days I lost my account ( it says Registration KEY failed ) .
I did play for tens of hours and i lost all the points and ratings.

My friend ( thefutureismine@ymail.com ) still has an active account, even though it was also a present from RaverX
I don't understand how you chose which accounts are "fraud" or not ?!?

He paid for both accounts, and he can confirm this, and me and my friend didn't do anything illegal so i think i should have my account back!

And most important, nobody answers at the support mail ( support.maniaplanet.en@gamesplanet.com), only robot mails and no one solves anything. I want my account back. RaverX did send many mails also but no reply, nothing from a HUMAN that can resolve this!!

My friend RaverX, the man who bought both accounts, sent in the past two days many emails and received only automated "robot" answers. And still no real answer to the problem.

My gift account that was paid by my friend it`s still suspended.
You have received the money for both accounts, then why my registration key is not working anymore?

I cofirm this and I also don't understand what happens. I sent a gift for fozoms a while ago and everything was fine. A few days ago I made another gift for another friend, a friend of mine that's also a friend of fozoms. Shortly after this I received an email asking me to provide very sensitive information, including home adress and personal phone number.

I made more than 100 transactions using my paypal account and I never had such problems until now. All the emails that I send to support were useless, nobody answers. This is a mockery, I paid for the games, the money were sent and now I got emails asking personal informations about me or else the money will be refunded?

All I want is to speak with a human operator, I'm tired of stupid automated emails, I want this issue to be solved.

hello, i am the other friend :D (thefutureismine@ymail.com) and I wanna confirm as well that RaverX did send me TM2 as a gift. I was informed that fozoms' account is inactive at the moment, and to my surprise, this morning and even 5 minutes ago I could play the game. :roflol: I don't understand why only his account was considered a FRAUD and mine not. As long as RaverX paid for the game, why does it matter that he did for both of us? Also I don't think that we used a common IP or did anything illegal to consider "turning off" one account.
In case you give fozoms back his account you should keep his rank and point just the way they were before shutting his account. Otherwise there is pointless in giving back and him, having to start all over again

If Metaboli/GamesPlanet asked you these informations (that you have given during the purchase), it's to be sure that you have made this purchase and that's not a theft or a fraud. If you have not answered in time, that's normal that the key has been deactivated. There is possible half a dozen reasons at least that your purchase has been flagged for your last purchase and not before.

If it's the case, you have been refunded but you have to contact the support to put you on the whitelist and be able to purchase again on GamesPlanet (or you can buy the game in the UbiShop).

We are sorry for the inconvenience but it's for the sake of your bank account ;)

But anyway, send me a pm to tell me when you have contacted the support, i'll check what i can do (but keep in mind that GamesPlanet will contact you anyway) :)

What does that mean?
Can i recover my account or i have lost all my ranking/planets forever?

You have simply to buy a new key but you have to contact GamesPlanet before to fix your situation :)
