Sorry if it is already explained somewhere, if so, could someone direct me there?

I was just wondering (like it's possible to connect the TMF account with the forums, could this be done with our MP-TM accounts? If not, could it be done soon please!

More seriously, we have a crazy amount of work to do with the upcoming release of Maniaplanet 2.0, ShootMania etc. This is clearly a low priority subject so it is delayed a little bit, but it is on our todo list.

No offense, but what exactly do you have to do? I don't mean to push--but I would like to see TM2 optimized a bit more before you go and abandon it in favor of SM...

Nadeo is not one big team of people that all have the same job and do the same things

More seriously, as an online engineer, I am mainly responsible for creating innovative online services that stimulates the titles of Maniaplanet during their whole life. Few examples includes services like ManiaHome, ManiaPub, ManiaLoto. We also work on a lot of tools for the community: ManiaLive, ManiaLib, the Web Services API, ManiaPress, etc. As a bonus, we are responsible for the Websites (because our distribution is digital-only, you may understand why those are very important).

It wouldn't kill Nadeo to hire more engineers would it? Nadeo have you, farfa interned and landed a full time job, now The_Big_Boo has a job. So why not hire more people? You have the funds *cough Ubisoft *cough*.

Yes it would! Beeing a smaller team helps beeing very productive ; it would be much more difficult with a larger team ; I'm not going to get into details about how the team is managed - hylis have already talked about that in the media etc.

For the record, we're almost twice as much today as we were a year ago, we opened a new office (nadeo live) etc.

This is the kind of comments that we see often about Ubisoft. It's really far from reality. It's like someone from a poor country saying: "because you're from a rich country, you're rich".

In any publishing company (whether it's video games, movies, books, etc.) every project has its own budget. For instance it's not because COD made 1B revenues that everyone at activis got a bonus.

I propose another situation for it:

Let the community help you out with problems based upon the tools you provide.

Let the community document them and nadeo puts it as official documentation with the tools.
