hello i have just a slight idea, some kind of refferal system for selling maniaplanet/ubisoft games,
for example trackmania² canyon, make official banners for example, for forums etc.
and if you get a sale via the banner you get like €1 on your paypal

you get more sales, and we get some extra pocket money

So basically you want to go into the advertising business. They pay you to put up ads.

if ubisoft/nadeo rewards people a little for advertising for trackmania 2, maybe more people will do instead of just free

Not really as that means that they should also be paying game magazines who write about their games.

If getting paid is the only way for you to do kind things in the world, then sir, I think you just aint right.

Then your mindset is wrong. Because even just uttering "Trackmania" outside of the game and forum is actually advertising for the game the way I see it.

And getting paid for that is just greedy. If you like the game, then your fun should be payment enough. It is for me.

Getting a reward for referring people to something isn't an unusual thing, and it's not necessarily greedy. It's just a nice reward for putting in some work to help promote someone elses product.

I refer people to dropbox for instance. I get 250 MB extra added to my account. The person I refer gets an extra 250 MB added to their account... and dropbox gains another customer. It's a win-win for everyone.

I think the thing that is a bit irksome is that you're suggesting people get paid real money for their advertising work, instead of some sort of in-game reward or redemption code or something. That's the part that seems a bit unusual to me.

Any news on this topic ? Selling the game through referer links could be nice.

we have one based on planets that is upcoming

this money thing would be more complicated and not the real goal I think.

we made this already with ManiaTrack for TrackMania, but was not that important.
