Custom skin request

Hey guys i am personally not talented at creating my own personal skin, so i was wondering if any of you would want to try it out. Ill pay you planets if you'd like (got a lot). If you're interested let me know so we can start because i have a few ideas

Just a 2d one for my canyon car, i was thinking like a black, blue, and white color style with like a graffiti theme with my name. Sub Remix. oh and also if you wanted to put in a little extra, i wanted to get my head lights and tail lights blue, the headlights deeper blue than the tail. What do you think? haha x] i know it sounds like a lot

I'd help but I'm in the middle of a huge project with 195 canyon skins.
Have you tried the in game painter? It's not too hard to use.

I have tried working in the in-game painter but what im really looking for is something HD and quality made, and i know for a fact im not capable of that, so that is why I made this request

I've never done graffiti work and I'm not sure I could do good with what you are after. Someone should be good at it though.
