Online rankings/levels/cha

How about a levelsystem like in call of duty for online players (and offline? ) with different challenges e.g:
winning 10,25,100(!) rounds in a row;
drifting more than 500 meters;
drive 100.000 Km in total

;
winning a hole game without losing one single round;
winning a timeattack race with the first finished try
etc. . .
U can unlock new exclusive carskins, avatars, and "tags" like the goldtags in Tmu(f) and increase your level

?

If there would be achievements, then i think it would be pretty nice if you are able to unlock special tracks or skins. Due to this, there would be a nice motivation to play the solo/online mode even longer than in the actual TM.

Mind you, TrackMania Nations/United Forever is supposed to be 'unlocked' game from the beginning. Of course, there are some tracks you have to unlock, but nothing should stop players' creativity like locking certain segments or limit track-weight/building grid.
Some stuff might be locked, but it should not be so important. I like the idea with Nadeo campaign or certain skins.
