Hi everyone,

We are very pleased to announce that ShootMania Storm has been selected as the first game played at the premiere Cyberathlete Summit (or Cybsum) organized by Oxent. The Cybsum will be held on Saturday 23th June at the wonderful Espace Pierre Cardin's in Paris.

Worldwide pro-gamers will be present to compete at ShootMania Storm for two sessions, totaling 7 hours of gaming!. Furthermore, each match will have commentators and streamed on Internet.

Why do they keep showing it off at events? I think they should just work on it and get it finished, so That I don't go spend my 30$ somewhere else. your not making any money this way Nadeo.

I wonder why someone would try to show off a product at a place. It's not like they will get any positive effect by doing that. I mean this sounds like some sort of advertising, and we all know advertising doesn't work. Right?
And you're right, they're probably making the whole team a vacation so they can all view the match while nobody is working on the game in the meantime. And it's not even like they will receive any sort of feedback from the people playing the game, so yeah it's pointless in even letting other people try the game until it's finished.
And really, even two days off may put forward the launch by months, so you're probably right.



Try to be optimistic instead and view this as an opportunity for NADEO to show what good they are able to to, and really, nobody knows the release date yet so just be patient and try be more supportive. I'm sure nobody works any better with negative responses like this. Think before you speak.

The game isn't finished. In June, it's the beta.

The first environment of each game need more time. Valley arrive after Storm quickly (maybe 3-4 month )

TrackMania Canyon had a lot of events and now you play. ShootMania be the same.
Stop useless discussions and await Hylis say something.

This is this saturday that the Cyberathlete Summit, featuring ShootMania Storm for its first edition, will take place at the Espace Pierre Cardin at Paris. This event gathering most of the best FPS players of the world will confront each other on the ShootMania Storm Elite Mode (3vs3). The teams will be:
