emailing support does not work

i lost my account loggin to log into the game to play tried everything possable to figure out what my right username and password is still nothing almost a month now finally got an email back from the support from maniaplanet i emailed to and they send me and email stating the fallwoing

Account creation problems:
- "Key already in use" error message

- "Cannot create account" error message

- "Unknown account" error message


they only support these problems

i still cant remember my info to log ingame to play its been awhile no one is perfect cant remember everything and the support never sent me my info nor even gave me a clue to what i need to do to get it back i really dont want to end up spending another $25.00 bucks to buy the game all over again please help any information :yes:

i did and nothing helpful came back waited for almost and month and yesterday all i got was a bunch of crap nothing hepful i needed to know :o

If you still have your player key, please contact the Ubisoft support at http://support.ubisoft.com
They should help you to retrieve your account login.
