since ever the medals rankings in custom titles don't work properly
you can see it in the obstacle title by opening the buddies medals rankings inside the title

Re: Invalid custom title buddies medal ranking
Thanks for the reminder !!!
We've inquired further about this, and we found a big issue concerning buddies and ladder !
Long story : in march this year, the last known bugs concerning buddies have been fixed, and a full resync of our database was done to fix broken data. Most of the data was fixed (the player page and ladder in stations was fixed), but not all of it ! The consequences were : you'll get inaccurate data for the buddies that are not on the same master server as you are AND that were added before march. Since February 2013 most accounts are created on the masterserver MP05, that's why this bug doesn't apply to many people, and mostly to old-times faithful players.
We will fix this (for good I hope) on monday.
I'll keep you informed.
Thanks for you patience

Re: Invalid custom title buddies medal ranking
The fix has been applied, but it will not be effective until the next ladder generation. It should take approx one day for all the titles. Please don't hesitate to report it if you still notice this bug after tomorrow.
In the meantime, enjoy the game !!!
