[REL] Stadium Car Conversion

Post by DivingDuck »

[EDIT: 11/21/2011]

Moin,

finally it´s up and ready to download. Since this is my first modding attempt to TM2, don´t expect too much!

As I´m not a great skinner after all and personal skins are not allowed, I decided to start off with a standard TM1 skin, the German one. You can easily use any TM1 skin as long as only the diffuse skin is concerned. I have reworked the details´ 3d mesh(es) hence screwing their tex coords completely.

I have created a set of masks/templates to be used with the ingame painter. They will enable you to paint certain parts of the model without screwing up the rest. A pre-ligthing template as well as a rust- and dirt-template is available as well.

The model, masks and templates are available at my [ML]DivingDuckManiaHome[/ML].
You can d/l it via MANIAPARK as well.

:1010 I'm with Luke on this one...I'll pay whatever it takes to get it. one suggestion though...could you also make a version with straight black tires? I'm kinda torn on the orange... other than that, this is the -best- car I've ever seen.

I do love orange. It´s the official KTM color. :D
But yeah, I will consider straight black tires as an option.

it works the same way the brake lights do. While braking the rim of the brake discs glows. As soon as you release the brake / the car starts moving backwards, the glowing fades away. But there is a rub in it. When using the car by night, the rim faintly glows all the time. Until now I have found no way to do otherwise.

DD

He made the game think that there are braking lights. Braking lights are just 50% bright during the night but go 100% bright while braking.
