Looking for a plugin CP Counter

Hi everyone !

I have a simple problem...

I am looking for a plugin (Xaseco or ManiaLive/Yuggi) which can count the number of CP at the end of a race and stock the number in a database for each player are on the server for different map.

I search for a long time on the internet, and i didn't find that.
