I have exactly the same problem. Paid yesterday, did the additional information. Was working until this afternoon, and now disappeared, tried adding the key and get the same error. this is exactly what I did, wish I never filled in that additional information and I am hoping to be playing again tom...

I have a problem with my shootmania order... it was fine for the first 2/3 days and then it all of a sudden went out of my maniaplanet account and now asks me to enter a key, so I enter the activation key which was given to me on my purchase email and it doesn't work... the money hasn't gone back in...
