I have a problem with my shootmania order... it was fine for the first 2/3 days and then it all of a sudden went out of my maniaplanet account and now asks me to enter a key, so I enter the activation key which was given to me on my purchase email and it doesn't work... the money hasn't gone back into my account.
What should I do I emailed the support 24 hours ago and still haven't got anything back! I hope you can help me out somehow!

go to your Playerpage.
Playerpage>Account>Playerkeys
Enter your activation key provided in the mail and click on the button Associate Keys.
Once it's done get back on the game and try to play sm.

Check you Payement status to see if it has been cancel or done.
Try to active it again in the game if it doesn't work wait till The support team contact you back.

I have exactly the same problem. Paid yesterday, did the additional information. Was working until this afternoon, and now disappeared, tried adding the key and get the same error.

I did email support over 16 hours ago, but I do not have much hope as you have not had your email responded to yet Walsh

I have received a reply stating my order had been cancelled, and a request for even more information which I have provided previously. A bit silly to automatically cancel orders and is a big hassle.

My details have been whitelisted and I have rebought the game, just waiting on the refund.
