But isnt result should be same in another games? I mean I'm only having this problem in SM.By the way I dont think anyone would open a different game while playing a game

Hi guys; I dont know if any of you noticed this but while you're playing,if you open something in youtube,your fps drops like 90 and you start having some input lags.I thought it was "lag" which coming from buffering of video but after some test it wasnt.It can be really annoying sometimes...

So in order to get rid of steam version,do I have to re-download normal version?Also I have noticed that this problem only existing for 30-40 sec.It seems game is downloading something but the thing is I have been playing with same settings(up-dl on) since the beginning.What changed?
