Turn off bloom and don't force colors? ;) its not bloom, its a game mechanic that makes the game seem more realistic but makes rockets almost invisible at places and it cant be turned off from settings and i force colours because in that situation red rockets are literally invisible while blue rock...

I think you need to provide with a bit more information here. What version are you running? Steam/maniaplanet launcher? They don't work at all? Have you acquired any weapons? What servers are you on? Have you checked your keybindings? Other settings? Is your keyboard plugged in? And so on... That so...
