I recently downloaded Stadium 2 - Only the White tracks are unlocked. All other versions used to at least give you the first 5 sample tracks on each level. I have silver on all tracks and gold on about half. So I need all gold to unock any of the higher levels? Need Some help! Thanks All

I purchased Trackmania 2 Stadium and played all of the white tracks. Do I need to achieve gold on all white tracks before the green tracks will unload?
