I have the same. I cannot hear my own horn or change skin. I can hear other players horns (can see only default skin on them) They can hear my horn. (can see only default skin on me - I'm using Iron Storm) None of us can hear our own horn or see anything other than the default skin. Aggghhhh... FRUS...
