Tried it with all settings at lowest, same thing happens. Normally I would just quit the game, restart and all is well but this time I tried going to windowed mode and back and while it clears the screen, it is for a shorter time each time until the game locks up. I've had the same thing happen now ...

Thanks Chevron, I will give it a go. I've asked in the support forum (where I should have asked) and they have asked me to turn off all the bells and whistles (Anti-ailiasing etc.)and see what happens.

It happens randomly, I can still see the info bar at the bottom and sides but the track and the icons are gone, just a black screen. Leaving the editor and restarting it only clears it about 50% of the time and then I have to restart the whole game. AMD Dual core X64 Athlon 4600+ 2 gig ram Nvidea 51...

Every so often and only in the editor, the landscape will go completely black, I can still see the control bar but the only way to get the landscape back is to come out of the editor and then go back in. Anyone else seen this? This is the retail version BTW.

It might be obvious to some but how do I cut and paste in the editor? I wanted to save the loop section from the sample track but when I enter copy/paste mode, nothing is selectable unless I use "select all". In the track window all I get is a red box that doesn't seem to do anything, noth...
