Earlier today I bought another copy from UBIShop which actually worked great. So at least I can play the game now I guess I just hope to get my money back on the first one.

Still nothing.

I'm trying accessing support using a different one of my email accounts. Its going much better. For the first time I actually received a support ticket automated response!
I am starting to believe that they have my normal email addresses domain name black listed. :S

4 days now. Still not a single response to my emails.

Going to raise a dispute via PayPal and try to get my money back.

If you haven't bought this game yet I highly recommend you don't.

I then paid by paypal, was taken to the download site, downloaded it. But was never sent the key.
