I was able to fix the blurry textures by turning off anti-aliasing. The memory shown in the configuration page is wrong, but the game runs fine regardless

I also found this gameplay where no camera is forced at all.

There is an issue with D03 in TM2 stadium. Before reaching the first sculpture, cam1 is forced instead of cam3. Yeah my original intention was to put all 120 maps in the same pack but it it not possible using Stadium Maker and I dont have the knowledge required to create custom menus. Also, the bonus maps have a very different feel from the base campaign, so it kinda makes sense to separate them.
