IMO it's very hard to make small jumps on these blocks. I think the time needed to make the full jump should be a slightly increased so it will be easier to choose how many power we will spend in the jump.
There is also some variant missings, would love a spawn on it to make fully flying maps, slopes (for full and 2/3 blocks al least), and a block (3-8-5) with a grappling hook under it.

+ Some more :
- technopower block that can be put in the middle of a castle block, to transmit color and just use the bouncing sides (which behaves like 2-4-8 block).
- "flying" castle platforms which could look like (2-4-8) and be only 2/3 (like the technopower blocks 3-8-234) (this will prevent full ceilings). Cause the only flying blocks right now are also the ones that make you jump higher. It's two advantages for the same block...
- 2 or 3 levels castle slope.
- slopes in tunnels
-block 3-5-3 should be put on cliffs but on every height.

I felt that too, the jumping on those blocks basically randomizes jumping, as the stamina varies alot during gameplay. Also, stamina rarely is at fullest, which makes big jumps rare, usually stamina is near to end or under halfway in normal plays. So to get big jump, has to concentrate and wait. Also the fact that the stamina gets used immediately when jumping, makes walking slow afterwards and cuts the flow.
I would suggest to have all those floating surfaces as normal, but add own floor block that has big jump effect, and gives always stable big jump with less cost for stamina, that way it would be more stable and not random feeling and player knows what he gets.
So could have normal floating floors and big jump floating floor and not only big jump in every floater :thumbsup:

This update was so bad that I almost want to cry :|. If all these graphical updates (effects on nucleus etc.) was done at the expense of fps dropping half from what it was it's just completely useless. I have played Siege like 120hrs or so and really enjoying it with my friends, but now my fps is ~50 and that mode is no more playable for me :( . It's like watching an old movie from film. What's interesting though that my fps haven't dropped in Elite (~180-250), only in Siege? Same with friends. How it can be like that?

+1. It was one of my favorite maps, not anymore. Some blocks for defenders to protect themselves at the pole would have been enough. Now it's completely messed up. I like the open space "under" the sniper pad though. Just remove those wooden blocks and make one or max. few rock columns where that "electricity wall" is now and I think it will be good again.

Combo - like it! I just need a hand-to-hand help how to use that arrow :D

I have the same problem. In siege I have huge fps drops (around 60/70fps), I used to have more than 130 avg on mostly maps on that mod. On elite the game run smooth instead.

But I just saw that the blocs aren't aligned. The design may be a bit more complicated than gluing the 2 blocs together. :lol:

why do losers earn more LP than us when the level difference is not that much (300-500 levels)?! it's so crazy how much points they earn when they lose by 5 rounds (we got ~200 points and they around 400-500).

I get it that good players on the losing team should be awarded too, but this is just insane. I'll start to play on europe ranks 1-50 servers from now on and will earn more points than playing normal. wtf.

also: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LdGWj10ZaXU we both had perfect ping (from Germany), no lags on a German server. This can't be right and it wasn't the only time today.

Hylis, when switching from desktop back to MP fullscreen, the loading time is enourmous long again.
Also, my fps have dropped rapidly.

Are you working on a solution?

Anyone getting FPS stutters? I always play at 333 FPS cap, now I get drops to 200's then back up to 333 every 10 seconds. This just started happening with the new update. My screen freezes on that drop, and then continues normally.

If you limit to 200, will it drop to 100?

You just said it yourself, if you start to play on 1-50 ranked server, and you lose 14-12, you'll diserve to have a lot of point, and they'll diserve to have no that much, because it will make you get closer to their rank, (wich you should be if you have such a tight score) and they won't go any higher because they don't diserve to.

You earn what you diserve, it makes just a more accurate LadderPoints system, wich is less "elitist" sure, but is also gonna provide you the best match with the matchmaking system..

With the old system, you just have to play a lot, win a lot of matches against some slightly less good player than you were, and you could be in the top. Now you really have to do high performance to be at the top of the ladder. Makes perfect sense to me :3 .
