[Valley][Fixed] Arena Screens intensity + mipmaps

Hello.
There seems to be a weird behaviour with my graphic settings.
As you see in This Screenshot, The green squares from the signs only pop up when I am near them, causing the signs to look black at a distance and fading green when approaching. The same thing happens with the small vegetation on the grass which just pops up aswell.

As far as I can tell I have set every option in the launcher to max.
I have a 6950 2gb amd gfx card. I tried to overwrite some settings in the controll panel there but to no avail.
Another anomaly seems to be my bloom which is obviously way to intense for the setting "medium" which I use.
As a result I cannot see the arrow on these signs at all.

Lastly, my car starts flickering at random intervals.

Is this just what amd does ? I figured that Nvidea would have a better quality but not to this extent.

I got weird flickering/artefacts too with 680 sli (when sli is active) :
I use 320,49 official
Do you think my cards are faulty? I tested one card it works i don't have artefacts or flickering (when sli is not active and i changed the DVI port on both to test them, i will test them individually)

Artefacts/flickering everywhere is random, i got them when i launch the game for the first time because if i quit and relaunch the map i don't have the issue again. Sometimes, it happens when i do alt+tab or it can happens like that (more rare)

The intensity of screens is way too high, and it makes some texture changes more obvious (mipmaps). Fixed thanks.

is the sli issue (flickering water and these random flickering/artefacts) fixed too? :clap:

no, this is not the same issue, I don't know the status of these.
