Can I turn off sun glare ?

Can I turn off this sun glare effect ? It's pretty but a bit of an exotic setting and quite unnecessary. I cannot find an option to disable it!

Turning off bloom also makes you lose lens flares, just so you know.

By the way, bloom can also be adjusted in-game. There's the little settings icon when you put your mouse to the top right of the screen. In there you can change the bloom settings.
