I wanna host a dedicated server in sweden.

Currently there is mostly french servers and I've seen quite a bit of swedish players.
I would like to set up a dedicated server in Sweden to help grow the community and reduce the lag.

How would I do this?
I've used my google-fu to try and find the answer but to no avail.

Some help would be very appriciated.
