While I can run the game "Very Nice" shader quality with good framerate, I have previously chosen to use "Fast". This is so I can use Antialiasing set to 8 samples. The reason being that anything of higher quality then "Fast" uses FXAA. It has been my understanding that FXAA is required as the newer engine uses deferred lighting, which in turn does not mesh well with previous antialiasing methods. Which brings me to my current issue.
With MP 2.0, still using "Fast" with 8AA samples, the jaggies are back. While I can appreciate the need for game engines to evolve, I can bluntly say that the jaggies make the game look like shit. This is just me being honest, not trying to sugar coat anything or treat others with politeness that replaces honesty. The game looks like utter crap with all the jaggies and I have no clue, absolutely none, how this could pass any quality control testers. This is a fast paced game, jaggies will stick out far more than in other slow paced titles.
So, my intent on posting his is twofold I suppose. Firstly, to tell the devs to please wake up, this looks like utter crap, which is continuously exacerbated by the game being fast paced.
Secondly, how can I get rid of these jaggies altogether? I have no changed any settings in the launcher and the game looks one hundred times worse.
2.0 Jaggies Everywhere, is AA broken? Please help, @devs too

it's a bug (same issue here). AA is not active on launch. to fix this for now just open prefs ingame, switch AA settings to something other than your default setting, apply settings, and switch back, apply.
also there is a new option for triple buffering in the ingame prefs which is not avail in the launcher and which is always reset between launches.

Thank you very much, that fixed it.
I just don't understand their decision to use deferred lighting if it gives so many jaggies. It just blows my mind that would even be considered for such a fast paced game.

Doesn't seem to save inbetween sessions. Looks like I have to manually change it each time I play.
