I have problems with my carskins, infact all cars are black in multiplayer including my own.
Someone told me i might miss some skins. ?? . Help. I would like to see my car in Color again.

Did you choose a custom folder to save your "personal files" when installing the game?

By default skins are saved to:
"Documents\ManiaPlanet\Skins\Vehicles\CanyonCar\"

Make sure your skins are in there.

You can reverse with Maniaplanet 1 setup. This is why we made it with compatible master servers.

We made a specific distribution so it does not update itself

But bewere, the Maniaplanet 2 players can not join Maniaplanet 1 servers, off course

The install are in C: and my downloaded files are in D:, so maybe thats the problem.
However, it work before. Before the update.

I am seeing these bugs on Maniaplanet:
The viginitte and the blacksqure images on mediatracker are not working on the old maps, the game is loading the default image on it.
On an user of my PC I can't hear the engine sounds, but on another user it does.
When I go to TM2 Canyon I hear the Menu music, but if I back to the main menu and again, go to TM2 Canyon, I hear the Maniaplanet menu song.
The Menu music of TM2 Canyon is the ingame music.(is it a glitch?)

I just finished reading most of the 18 pages on this topic last night, and then I discovered a topic over on MX expressing some discontent as well. And it's really too much for me. I had to write something. I have to get this off my chest. It's like a weight I can no longer bear.

I really questioned whether I should submit this post or not. I hope I'm not contributing to a negative atmosphere by posting it. But I really needed to express my discontent with how people are behaving. In the end, I still love you guys! And I know you only rage in the forums because you love the game too.

I totally agree with you, and I feel very bad for Nadeo. It's like a child who receive an amazing and/or very expensive present from his parents and throw it back at their face saying it's cr*p. I don't know how Nadeo manage to continue their work on ManiaPlanet after therage of yesterday.
