We drive V8 cars and no Matchbox cars.

BTW: does the engine sound louder, is much too quiet.

The mere mention of LAN Play in your response doesnt answer my question - when will I get the LAN Play function back. It's the component I use most at my club.

New update this morning....was expecting it would work now, but that was to expect well to much I guess...
Still not working for me.... same problems, the main page blocking the view when a track opens up...cannot race... :twisted:

Firstly I would like to say that TM2 Canyon is a fantastic game and thanks to Nadeo and yes, have now managed update to MP2.0 :thumbsup:
However there are several issues that have disappointed me :cry:
1. Surely there could have been a notification(7 days in advance) as to the update MP2.0 and some type of explanation as to what the update will incur on the TM community in general.
2.A graphics issue ?? - cars headlights , which has come up in other forums , which affects myself and many others.
Under my default settings for graphics card(Ge force 9500GT , 512MB) for shaders is set to very fast. Picture quality(HD) and framerate(150 fps) are excellent. In order to make cars headlights function properly , the shader settings have to be set at nice or very nice. At this setting the headlights then function properly(emit light on track) , side mirrors on car are visible and car damage 'effects' are greatly enhanced but driving quality/visuals is greatly reduced as framerate drops(approx 80 fps) making driving ability very difficult as has like a "staggered" effect :roll:
So as for night maps, darkened areas , etc , and the MP2.0 new blocks they become mostly useless to myself and others as we have the above :yes: issue
3.The cars sound fades in and out since update to MP2.0 :?:
4.Many other issues/bugs have already been mentioned in previous posts so will not bring up again.

If anyone out there has a reasonable solution to the second(2) issue could you please post reply as would be nice to drive night maps/darkened areas with good picture quality and frame-rate :o

Lastly , have patience all , as I’m sure the Nadeo/maniaplanet crew are working on multiple issues to make TM2 drivers satisfied :pil :3

I wonder what this is in the track editor:

Clicking it just brings up a message box saying "No block property block available on the map". What's a block property block? There doesn't appear to exist any documentation about it whatsoever :D

Also, bug in the main menu. Make sure the TM2Canyon station is in the middle of the screen, then press arrow key right, down, left. On the last keypress the screen just twitches instead of going back to the TM2 station :P

Anyway, I'll get to work updating my tools again (TM2Unlimiter etc).

For ShootMania, it's pole, spawn...

For TrackMania, it's useless for actual gamemodes. It will be needed for custom modes with several start for example.

Can somebody from Nadeo address this issue. It appears that this bug is not only being experienced by me.

Black is beutiful....but i would like my cars in colour.
Help..
The files are in order i think.
I have them saved i three diffrent maps in
D:\Program\Canyon 2
D:\Program\Canyon 2\Canyon 2 game
D:\Program\Canyon 2\Maniaplanet Personalfiles
D:\Program\Canyon 2\Maniaplanet common
So far so good.
In game i can choose a downloaded car in profiles/vehicles and they are in colour.
But then when i go to Soloplayer or Multiplayer my car is completley out of texture.
Everything else is fine ,road,signs,nature,sky,light.
Whats wrong ?
Anyone ?

It was fine before the update...buhuuu...
help me, please.
