I was having the same problems. The site wasn't working properly and the promotional code appeared to be invalid during this time. However the site is now working and my code worked fine!

The site is now working for me but it keeps saying "Payment Refused" even though I entered my promotional code and it shows "ShootMania Storm - Beta Pass £0.00" I guess that my promotional code has been used?

i thinks more like a bug. because i got proxy error etc. they had big troubles with website at the moment
