Hi!

I got a problem and I hope that anyone here can help me out!
I received my beta key, but after I entered my promo code, the server crashed, and now I cant enter the promo code anymore, and I didnt receive an email with my key.

So now I can't download the game and I can't get my beta-key. Does anyone know what to do now?
