Tried to use a direct link before that I pulled from google cache and it didn't work. This one did though, ty. Is it 32bit or 64bit though?

It's Nvidia Photoshop Plugins v8.23
Probably 32-bit. It should work fine even if you have a 64-bit pc.

So what are the limitations here (if any)? There surely will be players that try to get an advantage ingame with their skin, like removing the glow effect or using a huge truck as model.
