Where to register ?

I got that promotion key, dled beta game, now have beta key.. but I dont have shootmania account and dont know where to register?

Because http://login.maniaplanet.com/ this is showing me only SING IN, never register. And beta-registration IDs are not working. Whole maniaplanet = no registration button. Why?

Where to make mania account to use my beta storm key ? thanks


edit: I found how to make registration in client.. but ON WEBSITE??
