No Beta Email After Preordering

Are Shootmania's emails not automated or something? This is kind of ridiculous. I preordered the game Thursday night. I didn't receive my first email with the promotional code until late yesterday morning. After I got off work, I went to the site and entered the promotional code that changed the price to $0.00 and proceeded to checkout. This was about 1700 EST. I still haven't received my email to download the beta. I emailed support.maniaplanet.en@gamesplanet.com a few hours after I placed my order and haven't heard anything back from them yet either.

I just really want to play this game. Is there a number or something I can call? Or can a forum admin maybe do something? Thanks for any help.

I don't know how you did it, but I got the keys directly on the same site after payment, no need to enter any promotional code.
Or are you talking of the Beta? There the keys are being sent in waves, so please wait until it is your turn.
The support mail is 1. overloaded and 2. it is weekend, so please be patient at least until Monday, ok?

You will receive an email with the download link of the setup and your Beta Key. Install the game on your hard disk and create an account with your beta key.

Ok, I think I just realized something. The email I received yesterday isn't for my preorder at all. It is just a regular beta invite (which I would think would still work...). Also, looking at my bank account it doesn't look like anything has been charged from maniaplanet. Should I just try the preorder again? I never received any notification before when I preordered. I hit the checkout button and then it just sent me back to the main Shootmania site.

There was no need to pay anything for this, and also no need to enter any bank account number, so no money should have be taken at all.

My debit card is obviously linked to a bank account, that's what I was referring to. If the preorder went through successfully, I should have seen a charge for $15.99 on my account.

I entered my email, filled out payment information, checked the I was over 13, and hit 'Confirm your order.' Upon hitting this button I am taken back to:

I assumed the order had gone through and that was it.

Well, when you click on the checkout link above you are taken to the main page. That's because you don't have anything in your cart to checkout with. If you add Shootmania to your cart and go to the checkout page you will see that that is the address for the checkout.

I am just going to attempt the preorder again and see what happens.

edit: same thing that I said above happens when I attempted to place my order again.

edit2: If a moderator wants to close this, feel free. I attempted to place the order again, but this time in Firefox instead of Chrome. It took me to the download page and I am downloading now.
