1k ping

Hello, i started playing since yesterday and my normal ping is around 100ms more or less, earlier today i was playing normally and suddenly i started lagging, i just exited without checking my ping, but now i'm trying to play again, and my ping shows around 1k on many servers, only one server was showing around 400ms, but that's still unplayable. The problem is not coming from me, because i was just playing different online games normally.

Most of the servers are not hosted by Nadeo directly, but by players.
Unfortunately some people host "servers" from their own computers or on rather bad servers.
You should make sure to connect to servers in your own country or you could try the official Ubisoft servers (if there are any where you live).

It is known that so far there are not that many servers in some regions. Most of the servers are actually in Europe, so if you live anywhere else that might be a problem.

I played normally for many many hours yesterday on many different servers and while i was playing today on a certain server for almost 30mins, suddenly i started lagging and that's when i left, when i went back, my ping to all servers there was around 1k, i find that a weird coincidence to be coming from all the servers being hosted. i still don't know how the server thing works and what shows to me and what doesn't, i'm actually from the middle east, so no servers are hosted here, but for everything to go that high at the same time is extremely odd, i'm gonna keep trying anyway but still, i don't see this as some sort of coincidence.

Yeah! Just to add my two cents - it's probably a problem with your ISP, although Shootmania does have ping issues at times. I live in the UK, and I get 18ms to the one UK server I found, about 50-70ms to Europe and 70-100ms to America. Maybe Shootmania operates differently on different connection types?
