Can't get past the 4.46mb update (TMCanyon)

Every time I try to start the game, there is a message about a "new" update. But after downloading it and restarting the game, I just get the same message about an update.

What is going on?

Can you try to launch the game in administrator?

I selected the "run as admin" option on the right click menu on the shortcut, but i still got the message about the update.

So every time I try to start the game I get this:
And if I click update later i get:

And If I do the update I get a message saying the game needs to restart. And then I get the update again when I try to start the game again.

Am I the only one with this problem? Is there no one that can help?
