What is the first screen you have seen of TrackMania? ^_^

the cover of tms in the late 2005's as much I remind , if that counts as "screen" , never heard/saw sth about this game before .

someday a friend once talked suddenly about the tms-x game being awesome , when we talked about games , so I bought it in october 2006 and play it till now =) (and I hope in future aswell :p)

The first time I saw TM was in the PC-Room of our school. Some pupils played TMN there.
At home I googled the name of the game and downloaded it too

since there are two ways to interpret screen (actual in-game screen or screenshot, i hope i will not be off-topic because answering the question with the interpretation 'screenshot' in mind



i had read about trackmania in pc magazines before, i.e. about TM(O) and TMS, but TrackMania really got my attention on January, 27th 2006 when TMN ESWC was released...and immediately had me fall in love with it ...

...my favorite screen from that time was this one



...and i also loved that one (of course amongst many others) ...but those two really stuck in my mind ^^




...as is said i was hooked instantly ^_^ and directly bought TM Original and Sunrise...and i remember the one and only screenshot you published and which had me eagerly waiting for weeks :-> ...



...till i finally could buy TMU on Nov 16th, 2006


...i barely can wait for more screenshots in magazines soon :- ) ...which will keep me awake at night, till i finally can buy and play TM2 :- D

Hmm I dont remember the first screen, I saw, but there was this memory floating in my mind about Trackmania, but not knowing the game. Must have seen it somewhere and then, very later, I saw the TMO Package at my friends desk and thought "Oh my god, I knew about this game, and here it is...gonna play now"

Well, I actually have to agree with Ripbox
The first time I played TM was the TMS demo. It was great, so I bought TMS (and the other TM games when I found out that there were more TM games ).
