Seriously: What do you mean by group? If it is the region/city/county/country you are talking about, I would ask the local or national government to change the flag/glazon and of course the people of your country or town.
If a new flag is chosen you then need to inform Nadeo about it.
Or you smiply select a new avatar which overrides the flag in SM's display.
