[Spawn Block] Disable points

Players should not be able to gain any types of points when they are inside the spawn block.

This is particulary aimed for the Royal gametype as some players just wait on spawn to gain easy survival points. Also afk players can gain more points than some real players and some exploit this to boost their LPs.

Please consider this suggestion.
