Interesting. I upgraded to 1.2d last night and had 10-13 players in and we did just fine. My SnapshotDeltaTime was actually lower than normal with pings around the same as normal for me. Even if the last player disconnect from the Server we got a servercrash with the following line in the log:

We Test it over two days with my Teammates with the same result.
