XML Rpc set server password

I would like to know which command/method it is in order to set a server password via xmlrpc.
Also, is there a place to find all this methods updated ?

I'm trying to send a simple xml rpc request with a Java Client.
The url on a local server would be "http://127.0.0.1:5000"

with method name SetServerPassword but no return neither error from server

Any clue ?

It's not HTTP for the transfert protocol. The dedicated server use a socket.
