Shadow flickering problem!

hello there, I want to know if someone could help me with this problem I have.
I see shadows that don't exist, in places where others don't see, and they flick. When I move they are flickering as hell... Also when i see the map from above, before starting a match, i see the shadows flickering in trees, platforms and other things.

My PC specs:

AMD ATI RADEON HD 7970
Processor i7 2600k 3.40 Ghz
RAM 16 GB
Windows 7 Home Edition
Catalyst Control Center version 12.8 (the last)

I've tried to change a lot of settings in game, but nothing changes

Have nearly the same problem with my 7750, I almost have the same system specs as you and I couldn't get it better as well =/

Do you have vsync enabled? Yes, it does limit frames, but it also can help with screen tearing issues.

Looks similar to tmnf bug with ATI RADEON cards.
Try to change shadows quality or antialiasing samples in game launcher options.

I have this problem with a Nvidia card with all the settings at max.
