Bug: Ability to create a block of 0 length

Basically, I was moving blocks around in the mediatracker, and then accidentally moved the start and end keyframes of a block onto the same position. The keyframes and the block all disappeared, but it was still there - other blocks would bump into it when I moved them across and I couldn't stretch a block over it. I tried zooming in but I couldn't find it again to remove it because it was 0 length.
Now I have to structure my replay around this rogue block. :/
