What do you think of, expect, want in Shootmania?

I expect the ability to create your own gun, I think that would be awesome. And the ability to make your own map and add AI enemies and allies to help you. I know, out of all the games coming to PlanetMania, ShootMania is what I'm most impatient for.

I think only map creation will be possible. Not gun creation.

But maybe gun models like car models in TM

Evetts, I do not know when the import block arrives. It is made largely but perhaps we'll wait a bit to avoid maniaboxon ^ _ ^

Does that mean, we can add our own gamemodes via maniascript (like Fretta in Garrysmod^^)? That would be awesome and The community would create completely new gamemodes It would be cool to have classic deathmatch, ctf, control point, maybe even payload from TF2 (I love this one^^) in SM.
Well, I don't know how capable maniascript is, but I'm ready for a surprise

ShootMania is a challenge, because a lot of shooter exist and players have a lot of expectations. Our goal here to make on shooter that we would chose to play today ourselves. It is not here to replace a CoD in my opinion, like TM is not here to replace a car simulation game. SM is here to have everybody have fun with a shooter. Anybody that tells me that he does not like shooters, I use him for tests (don't ask ) and my goal is to beat him hard enough so he like after the test (joke ^_^)

Well if that's the case, then I'm probably going to be a customer since I'm not really a huge fan of shooters...

But a "fun" shooter rather than a "sim" shooter, well, count me in.

Sounds good to me, I never managed to get into the realistic shooters but the 'fun' ones are nice.

Not really a surprise from the Trackmania company though
