I'm the only one that can hear my custom horn

hello,

I created a custom horn (yes it's mono and wav format), but only I myself can hear in in-game, other players just hear the default horn for some reason. And yes upload is enabled in the config peer-to-peer options

You will need to make a "locator" file for it.
You can learn how at ManiaCreative http://news.mania-creative.com/
And you'll need to do this for any custom stuff like > carskins,music, & mods ect.

Made a locator and it doesn't seem to work, I waited for a few days to see if the server would load the horn, but for others it's still the default one. My horn is uploaded here:http://www.fileden.com/files/2012/9/28/ ... hammer.wav

Maybe something's wrong with the file, or maybe router settings?
