What am i doing wrong. Horns skin etc not seen by others

Hi!
I don't know what I am doing wrong

I have made a skin, and horn, and avatar, But the only people who can see them are my teammates who have downloaded such files from my webspace.
As you can see I have the files in the arena player folder, next to a .LOC file in the same location.
Inside the .loc file is the link below.

(it shows as .zip but it is actually .zip.loc , it just loads in notepad.






For avatar, I have the Avatar file.dds and a avatar.dds.loc which inside has a link to the file in my webspace.
For horns i have the wololoooo.ogg wav file from this forum, and its linked to the guys webspace in the loc file thats named wololoooo.ogg.loc .


Am i doing this the hard way? Loads of people seem to easily add horns, and avatars that i can see.
people just see black flag or default horn and skin (unless they have the file which i sent them then they can see and hear)

usually, a uploads folder is not meant for download.
then, possibly the others have disabled external skins.

There are quite a few issues related to p2p downloads/uploads.

This was uploaded on someone else's space, But mine is all on www.*****.com/images/avatar.dds for example.

It's not because others have it turned off.

It's just annoying how some people just upload a file without using a locator and say it works, but I can't get it to work on any webspace and it has a working locator.
nadeo needs to fix it :/

Ah.
Ok, from that tutorial he has done filename.ogg and filename.loc ,

however I thought you had to do filename.ogg and filename.ogg.loc ?

Now i'm just confused!
