1. Dev version to check for glitches on computation
2. It is done by players, so it is up to players to make it embedded or not.
3. Storm Elite & Storm Royal will be accessible freely. Everything else require Storm to be bought.

10. No big secret. Make a good performance analysis and attack the first question. In rendering, calculate the number of primitives you draw, and on CPU, never allocate/de-allocate memory in real time.
11. yes, I first made some 3D with the man making it at the studio in 1997 I think. He is really good ^^
12. Our engine is improved since 12 years.
13. Potentially, I can't foresee this.

15. Nicknames, maybe yes
16. Already a pack of 3 on Storm, maybe an idea to make it on TM as well, even if less team play today
17. Valley is kind of slower I think. If you make big roads, it looks like going slower anyway.
18. When it is related to physics, it can be really complicated. It is not a 'bug', like something somewhere in the code, it is the whole simulation process that can create situation that are real for the engine but uncommon in the reality. We don't have soft surface for collisions, so when two hard surfaces collide, it makes like in the real world, quite an impact. So, it can takes weeks to work on this. Some bad tunings can take hours (always to check if we have not broken something else among the 100+ functions of gameplay)

Q: Is Valley more 'graphic intensive' or about the same as Canyon?

Great thanks for answers and the great job you all do at Nadeo :thumbsup:
But i have a few myself :lol:

1/ Are you gonna import TM1 (stadium ) straight into TM2 with the specs of TM2 ?
( and ofcourse i know its no copy paste )
I mean does the old TM1 disapears also?

2/ Can we import cars and tracks etc straight in TM2 stadium? ( so we dont have to build new )

3/ Does there comes a free to play version Staium like TMN with lower possibilitys like in TMN vsTMU ?

4/ Do there come paintable Blocks in Shootmania ( to make a clanlogo on it ) ?

5/ Is ther gonna be a small map ingame at shootmania/Trackmania so you can see where you are? ( like in other shooters )

Further i think you are doing great all :D

Demented: at the moment yes, like in all dev time where everything is not optimised. We will see how it goes closer to release, but 90% of it should be similar in term of performances

5. would like to have it possible to do by players, but not as a primary feature of the game. I rather avoid to say to players:"you have to look" But player made modes can have it. The time we do it is not defined. I wished I did it for the Raid on Canyon.

Maybe a convertion if its possible, so cars etc can be converted :D so you can import TM1 cars etc into TM2 :D
( dont know if thats technical possible )

And that wat you at Maniapark have done is great, so dont wanna kill it. :1010

the answer was more about the tracks

it should be the same engine for maniaplanet and no specific to Stadium here.
